***Some Chambers may have lost their stored energy if updating from a previous version***

Empowerer Chamber Updates:
     -Crafting no longer waits for enough energy to start crafting*
     *This allows CraftTweaker recipes with energy requirements greater then the buffer size to be crafted in the Chamber.
Atomic Reconstructor Chamber Updates:
     -Energy buffer size is now pulled from actuallyadditions.cfg @ I:"Atomic Reconstructor Power"=...*
          *The default value of 300000 is what the Chamber previously used as a hard coded value.
     -Max energy input is now based on the buffer size, still accepts twice as fast as the AA atomic reconstructor
     -Double check fix for GitHub #5; no bug reports, but better to be safe
     -If a player tries to craft a recipe whose energy demands are larger then the buffer size, they will see an in game message when hovering over the progress bar telling them to increase the configured buffer size.
