added two advancements due to story change
Oblivion can now be hit by arrows
remade multiple sound files to be quieter or just generally a bit better
added a phase 2 for Oblivion (May be changed later depending on what the gameplay needs)
added secret drop to non-boss Oblivion (Also may be changed)
