- put costs on light speed travel
- scale costs based on distance
- implement cooldowns
- lock light speed travel until a particular advancement is achieved by the player
- customizable gui to handle all light speed travel
also includes ability to lock regular travel to planets, for…mods/packs that want to enforce progression or something, idk
