Description
A mod for exploring beyond our own planet and into the outer reaches of space!
This is not meant to be a hyper-realistic mod! My goal was to keep the general style and gameplay of vanilla Minecraft the best I could, but with outer space. And some creative liberties, of course.
This is mod is still being updated! Sometimes updates might take a while though.

- A full, visitable dimension! Enjoy flying through space in a spaceship and reach for the stars!

- Build a space station on the asteroid belt, featuring all-new space station blocks!

Add Your Own Custom Planets!
Custom planets can be added via datapacks! Check out the wiki!
Compatibilities/Incompatibilities
As of yet, there are no known incompatibilities!
However, if playing with Quark, add celestialexploration:milky_way to the blacklist for the Big Dungeon! Trust me.

Will you update to 1.19+?
Maybe. Right now my focus is on fully completing the 1.18.2 version. After that, we’ll see about an updated version…
What about a port to Fabric/Quilt/etc?
No, sorry.
Is Pluto a planet? Will Pluto get its own dimension? What about exoplanets/dwarf planets/etc?
Check out the wiki to see what my plan is for the mod, but right now, my focus is on the main solar system. If I make it past that, I do think it’d be fun to add in other planets!
