Update to the 1.19.2!

Not only that, but also the mappings got migrated to Parchment, allowing the Forge and Fabric versions code to be more similar.

Some visual noticable additions are: * Added a nice painting * Updated models / textures (Small details only) * Custom MOTD in CC Rom

Some second ("noticable") changes are: * Scroller does not use the cutout renderlayer anymore * Fixed target block display ID * RedRouter Block is a bit more performent
