Caveman's Buyable Mob Eggs

Every mob spawn egg in-game is buyable from a custom villager that uses a spawner as its workbench. Spawners are now craftable and set to type based on the mob egg you put in it.

Rebuilt the mod completely from the ground up, entirely inside of IntelliJ, and updated to NeoForge version 21.1.219. Also added the Mob Wrangler, a house that spawns in the world, so it can spawn in the world naturally.
