What's new

- Added the capability to add recipes via datapacks. Check the github for more info.

- Added a configuration file

- Brewing now must be done on top of a 'hot' block. These are hardcoded for now, but will probably be expanded soon.

   - Added config option to turn this off. 

- Added unused config option for 'extra content.' 

- Properly fixed the Block state not updating for brewing cauldrons
