Add Configs For Ceraunus:

  • Ceraunus Charging Time (Seconds)
  • Number Of Ceraunus Waves
  • Life Time (ticks) Of Ceraunus Waves
  • Velocity of Thrown Ceraunus

There should actually be configuration options for Astrape, but I noticed that Mr. L_Ender hasn't finished that part yet, and there are also some strange bugs, so it's been put on hold for now.
