Cat Burger

A cat-shaped burger floats by your side, just like a pet in an RPG game.

What's new

Unified as "Followers" Items from this mod that you can wear and that follow you around, such as Cat Burger and Jelly Bunny, are now collectively called "Followers". Their implementation has been unified as well, so wearing, following behavior, and configuration all work the same way.

Follower System You can wear multiple Followers at once (requires Curios), with two arrangement modes:

  • Scatter: each Follower spreads out on its own, with a configurable movement radius
  • Formation: they line up tail-to-tail, with configurable chain length and spacing

Jelly Bunny (New Follower) Grants Night Vision and triggers death protection when you take fatal damage; the restored health, radius, and targets (yourself, players, pets, or other creatures) are configurable.

Follower Config Card (New Item) Manages a Follower's display settings:

  • Right-click a creature: write the card's settings onto it
  • Right-click a creature to clear: reset its settings
  • Sneak + right-click: copy your current settings into the card, or clear the card
  • Sneak + scroll: switch between Add, Remove, and Wear modes
  • With Touhou Little Maid installed, the item tooltip explains how death protection applies and its compatibility

Wear Slots Cat Burger and Jelly Bunny can be placed in the Curios head slot or worn directly on the head.

Following Behavior

  • Followers look in the direction you are looking, keeping a natural orientation when you look up or down
  • Followers are visible in first person (toggleable)
  • They can also look at other players
  • A creature's owner decides how that creature's Followers are displayed

Configuration Rework Each player now has their own Follower display settings, automatically synced to other players so everyone sees the same result; new pet config sync toggle.

Curios Is Now Optional Curios has changed from a required dependency to an optional one: everything works without it, and installing it unlocks accessory slot wearing.
