changes

  1. Removed unneeded buffs for brawler grabs
  2. Fixed Gura not being in the mod
  3. Volt Up - improved checks for stuff. Small cd 1s -> 0.75s. Long cooldown of 2.5s added whenever the charges are used. Fixed not displaying the correct color for Goro config. Now tells you when it’s fully charged when you try to charge it up again
  4. Sango - dmg buffs for all projectiles except sango itself. Improved hitboxes for all except sango.
  5. Vari - dmg scaling 10, 35, 50, 70 -> 30, 45, 60, 75 for its respective modes
  6. El Thor - now should work properly? Also lowered cooldown scaling from min of 48s to 30s min and max of 66s to max of 48s
