Features:
-add config option to only allow recipe items to be placeable on campfires (true by default, as to be consistent with vanilla's 1.14 campfires)
-rename campfire_ash block from "Ash" to "Layer of Ashes"

Bug Fixes:
-set this mod's colored_lava.png particle texture to 16x16 (instead of 8x8), as to fix a warning in the logger
