Small balance and bug fixing update:

-The Recipe costs for most Smithing templates have been reduced (For example, the Undying trim now requires 1 Netherite Ingot, 3 scrap, and 4 obsidian instead of 4 Ingots and 4 crying obsidian. Still requires a nether star tho). This mostly affected recipes that had netherite in them. -You get 6 Cut Blazesteel instead of 8 now from cutting Blazesteel Blocks. -Cut Rose gold obtained from one Rose Gold Block has been raised from 4 to 6.

-Smithing Templates now have proper item tooltips!

-Changed how the Root Achievement is gotten, as you now get it from getting the Scavenger template. This means however that Beginner Smithing has been folded into the Campfire Trims Root Achievement.
