Unfortunately I also have to end support for 1.21.4, but most other mods will have updated from this version anyway

• Added a new potion and effect, Erupting, which causes three Magma Cubes to spawn on the entity's death, similar to Oozing.
• Added the Magma Cream Block, used to brew the Potion of Eruption
• Added Ice Shards, which you can get 9 of by using a Hammer on an ice block. 9 of them can be also be crafted back into an ice block.
• Completely reworked Railing Connectors:
• They now have no connection by default
• Sneak + interact with an empty hand to cycle the connection direction.
• Ones already placed in your world will be unaffected and still be on "straight" mode.
• Backported the Name Tag crafting recipe from Minecraft 26.1; you can craft it with one paper and an iron, gold, or silver nugget.
• Replaced the vanilla recipe for the Magma Block with a lava bucket surrounded by 4 cobblestone. An empty bucket will stay in the crafting grid and can be reused.
• You can now hammer Blue Ice to get 9 Packed Ice, and Packed Ice to get 9 Ice
• You can now remove the slimeball from a Sticky Piston using a Hammer (Only works when it's not extended)
• You can now sneak when hammering Nether Bricks to crack it instead of unpacking it
• Changed the Stripped Joshua Log texture
• Changed the textures of the Bamboo Railing Connector to match Bamboo Fences
• Footballs will now float on water
• Footballs can now be placed against walls or ceilings instead of always the top of the selected block
• Moved the block of sugar from Ingredients to Natural Blocks in Creative tabs
• Fixed z-fighting in Bamboo and Nether Brick Railings
• Fixed the one pixel that would z-fight when connecting a Railing Corner to a regular Railing
• Fixed the football being called "Soccer Ball" on almost all languages
• Snowy foxes and desert rabbits now spawn in Frosty Fields and Joshua Deserts respectively when spawned with a spawn egg or commands instead of regular ones
• Fixed the problem where stacked banisters wouldn't connect to fences
• All non-full blocks now correctly react to pistons
