Burn's Enchantment Extractor
A Vanilla+ mod that adds a single functional block; The Enchantment Extractor.
Its not uncommon to find loot with very good enchants, but you simply can't use it because it a different material or type to the one you already have; Silk Touch gold pickaxes and Efficiency V stone shovels. Well despair no more, the Enchantment Extractor will let you transfer these enchants to an empty book for you to use with whatever you choose

Crafted using an Anvil, a red Carpet and 4 Diamonds, it may not be cheap, but it is quite useful.
