Implemented starting the player with "precise roll" and "guard" if Epic Fight is installed.

Implemented starting the player with an "Estus Flask" if Bonfires is installed.

Increased the spawn rate of Souls-Like bodies and of Bonfires if Bonfires is installed.

Implemented a starting message informing the player of the ability to change their voice type.
