Bugfixes:

- Fixed bug where the NBT data provided to the /morph command would be ignored

- Fixed an annoying bug where you would appear as an other morph when logging compared to the morph when you logged out.

Compatibility:

- Added compatibility for the BetterAnimalsPlus mod in survival mode (meaning that if you kill an animal from the mod and morph to it using the morph menu, everything should work now texture-wise) (NOTE: using the /morph command still shows the purple-black texture, as the NBT field "VariantId" isn't set)

New Features:

- Added arm rendering/item rendering when morphed. This means, that you can now finally see what item you are holding when morphed. This also means, that the arm of some entities will be rendered (players, zombies, skeletons, drowned, sheep, pig, cow, ...)

- Added "aggro" feature. It prevents you from hitting one mob whilst the other mobs simply ignore you. When you hit a mob now, every mob will target you, despite being for example a bat. For these mobs to be peaceful again, you'd need to hide somewhere and wait for 10 seconds. After that, they should be peaceful again. This time can be controlled with a new game rule, named morphAggroDuration. It's default value is 200 (meaning 200 ticks => 10 seconds), but you can change it to your liking (you can even set it to 0 to get the hold mob behaviour back).
