A small fix-up to the guide book and the Score Screen. Nothing changes in existing worlds or config.

• Guide book pictures. The finished machines, the plasma hook-up, the batteries, the Plasma Tank and the Plasma Injector are shown as pictures of the real models. The block scenes that drew them wrongly are gone, and with them the Visualize button that could leave a ghost structure floating in the world.
• Guide book wording. Every page reads as a guide: nothing is described as added or changed, the Upgrade Tree pages list every power on every path, and the titles fit the page.
• Score Screen. No recipe any more. It is an admin block, placed from the creative menu.
