- Reworked the World Generation part (yes, again, but it seems to be much finer than before!)

-> Added a generator item to the creative tab which can be used to test the browncoal generation behavior

- Added browncoal shovels that dig multiple browncoal ore blocks at once

-> In the config file there is an option to directly place browncoal digged by the new browncoal shovels to the inventory
