Additions

- Added the "minivs%" spec, which randomly sets IVs to sum equal or greater to the value specified.

- Added the "eggcycles" spec which sets the number of cycles for the egg specified.

 

Fixes

- Fixed the "modfriendship" spec setting the friendship to the value specified, instead of adding.

- Fixed the "dynamax" spec failing to set the Dynamax level to the value specified.

- Fixes the "moddynamax" spec not adding the value specified.
