Fire Conversion isn't available yet but it's possible in Creative only for now since the Superheated Brick isn't available in survival mode yet, that's the only reason.

To Haunt something requires soul fire, just toss something into soul fire and it'll be "haunted" into another new brick, this doesn't currently work for the sand brick so don't try that!

To Freeze something depends on its freezing type, currently only Soul Sand works but requires the coldest ice there is, but for others it might not require that cold of ice to freeze... so careful on that part!

Portal Conversion is when you throw something into a portal to turn a brick into another brick, this works best if you toss the item first then light the portal, but... for stuff like the end portal, you'll have to get creative on how to obtain the item and have it technically convert.
