What's new
Added a config system with exactly one option: `enableBuiltinBrews = <true|false>`. When set to `false`, this can disable the builtin brewing recipes and only process ones from custom datapacks.*
Added the /brewery * command for debug and util functions.
Code cleanup, removed redundancy and efficiency upgrades.
*Technically. But the way I'm achieving it is really scuffed, so no bets.
