Brewer's Blocks

v 1.03 changelog:

fixed up night-vision-goggles texture.. was really wonky

fixed the bouncy boots so they take a little damage, repair with slimeballs.  They also will not bounce and still protect you if you sneak while landing

Added all the quarried stone textures/blocks
