Another Translation/minor bugfix update for 1.16.5 is out!

v1.16.2 for 1.16.5:


- New Chinese translation thanks to @Kzeroko#3861
- Fixed loot table bug in which towers would sometimes spawn with 2 keys instead of the needed 3 for the monolith
- Fixed FirstTowerDistance check being calculated based on blockPos rather than Chunkpos
- Reduced default FirstTowerDistance in config
