Added Metadata support for blocks in multiblocks.

This is needed to work with mods like Immersive Engineering and Magneticraft that only use Metadata to differentiate a lot of their blocks.

 

For blocks that you do not care what their metadata is, just put :* after them.

The format is now <modname>:<blockname>:<metadatanumber> instead of <modname>:<blockname>

Existing txt files will need to be modified and updated to this format
