Changes/Additions:

• Added New Blocks -> Cloud Puff, Rainy Cloud Puff, Ashen Cloud Puff, Magma Bricks, Magma Brick Slab, Magma Brick Stairs, Magma Brick Wall, Sunplate Bricks, Sunplate Brick Slab, Sunplate Brick Stairs, Sunplate Brick Wall, & Chiseled Sunplate Bricks
• Added New Items -> Star Fragments & Eldritch Badge
• Added Squellar, a hostile squid-like monster that can be found flying high up above the clouds
• Added Cloud Shark, a neutral mob that can be found in groups, flying high up above the clouds
• Added New Structures -> Cloud Formations, Sky Island Shrines, & Ashfall Shrines
• Added Obsidian Cloak Armor, which grants Fire Resistance I when wearing the full set
• Added Recipes for Shooting Stars and the Soul Star
• Frostfall Beacons and Etched Frostfall Totems are now slippery, similar to Blue Ice
• Sunbloom Parasols can now only be found in Sky Island Shrines
• Throwing Stars no longer break blocks with the leaves tag
• Increased Wretched HP from 8 to 10
