- add config option for which blocks work with the "auto corporea spark" feature

- slightly clean up crafttweaker stuff - should work better with custom pages added thru ModTweaker, let me know!

- clean up log spam

- remove "till altgrass" tweak, since it just happens in regular botania now

- add Key of the King's Law damage output tweak, you can make it super OP if you have Scaling Health mobs (or if you just want to make it super OP)

- add config option for enchantment power of mana/natura/gaia pylons
