What's new

Modified some logic of the Fluix Mana Pool. Previously, the mana pool itself cached the ME network's mana. Now, when online, it exposes the sum of the network's mana and the pool's internal mana; when offline, it only exposes the pool's internal mana. This reduces mana waste in certain situations and also fixes issues that could cause mana duplication in some cases.

Additionally, the Fluix Mana Pool can now be detected by TOP (The One Probe) for its internal mana storage.
