Redone basically every single thing on this mod

Revamped the config screen, all tweaks were renamed and 2 categories were created
Added the Smooth Day Cycle tweak

Split "Change Sound Slider Behavior" to 2 tweaks: "Dynamic Sound Slider Noise" and "Noisy Sound Sliders"
