Added a description of how much energy is left in the tools.
Added a progress bar for Energy Filler, as well as displaying the current energy reserve.

The system of collecting items when mining with tools has been redesigned, now all tools correctly collect items into themselves.
Redesigned the logic of the axe now correctly marks the collection area and correctly collects all extracted items.
Fixed bugs that prevented the server from starting.
Fixed a bug that caused the button text to move out in the grindstone GUI.
Fixed a bug that incorrectly displayed an item for improvement in the JEI for grindstone.
