Boogeyman won't spawn if the player is in water or lava
Boogeyman will spawn a few seconds after he growled a third time
Boogeyman won't break blocks when spawned
Boogeyman will also give weakness when attacking
Decreased chance of Fear Effect Increasing
Boogeyman will also reset when a player is in water or lava
Decreased Health of Boogeyman
