Bones Update - 1.2.3: what is new:

• The Guardian skeleton block is now orientable. Find it in lukewarm oceans.
• Rework breaking mecanism: skeletons will have a chance to break if difficulty is greater than 2.5. The chance of breaking is 50%, and it increases linearly until it reaches 100% at difficulty 5.5.
• Those three breaking parameters are customizable in the file config/bonesupdate-common.toml
