Thingamajigs Neo 1.9.0!

Tested on internal dedicated server, and seems to work

Additions and Improvements:

• Customizable Copying Deco (can copy the model of any block that is not a liquid, not a block entity holder and not air)
• Customization Tool (can rotate, offset translate and scale Customizable Copying Decos; right click in inventory to change mode)
• Rendering Tool (can change rendering mode of Customizable Copying Decos; right click in inventory to change rendering mode)
• Randomize Tool (can randomize the offset of the Customizable Copying Deco like grass does, and can be toggled to reset all parameters on the deco; right click in inventory to toggle)
• Stop Gate overhauled and has functionality now
• Many hitboxes and models updated for features
• And other changes

Bugfixes and Other Changes:

• DJ Laser Light rendering bounding box changed to be more lined up with the actual render
• Some tags were added for use with other mods and to allow better usability of features
