Update 1.8.7!

This update combines features from 1.8.6-1.8.7, but is internally considered '1.8.7'

Tested on internal dedicated server environment, and seems to work

Additions and Improvements:

• Tube Man (with 16 color variants, rotate with axe and use dyes to change color)
• Pizza and Ice Cream Vending Machines (can be placed in a row horizontally)
• Soda and Snack Vending Machines accept money for items in return (like the pizza and ice cream vending machines)
• Grab Bar (can be placed in a row horizontally)
• Another toilet variant found commonly placed in rows (change pipe facing with axe and change style with shears)

Changes and Fixes:

• Blueybox model changed
• Other file location and formatting changes
