- Fix gravebound mist form triggering before damage calculations
- Fix interaction between mist form and totems of undying and similar
- Fix tasks possibly not registering kills from vampires / hunters correctly
- Fix problems with noble flank ability
- Noble flank ability now has a config to determine if the mob needs to be unable to see the player
- Default max distance for noble flank increased
