Minor Update - Minecraft Mod

Complete overhaul of the stats system:

-Potion effects removed. -Player-specific attributes updated.

Stats balancing for improved gameplay experience.

Introduction of a new stat, Perception:

-Currently increases luck (more effects to come in future updates).

Dagger nerf:

-Potion effects have been removed (additional adjustments are planned).
