Block Drops Tweaker

*Redid the whole configuration so it uses JSON now for even far more control and speed aswell as better looking config file.
*Switched from GUI to Commands as it was far more easier and less error prone to add drops instead of going through a lot of GUIs.
*All Commands have Auto-complete tab completions. It takes 1 minute to add drops now.
*Added Ore Dictionary block drops support.
*Added Tool/Item based drops support.
*Added Y-Level/Altitude based drops support.
*Added Biome based drops support.
*Added Biome blacklist/whitelist support.
*Added Tool/Item blacklist/whitelist support.
*Added Keybind(defaults to G) to save your block drops settings quickly.
*Added Keybind(defaults to H) to load your block drops settings quickly.
*Added real-time block drops settings. If you want to save your settings on the JSON file, you can use the command '/bd save' or just press 'G'.
*Added real-time reload settings. By pressing the 'H' button or using the command '/bd reload', you can reload from the disk.
*Added Better Silk Touch support. Now you can get both the silk touch item and the custom drops.
*Added Fortune Quantity Modifer.
*Added Fortune Rarity Modifer.
*Added Fortune Chance Modifer.
*Added more compability with other mods.

*Improved loading times by a lot.
*Improved saving times by a lot too.
*Improved lookup performance significantly by caching data as well as doing less loops.
