Game Breaking Changes
None this release. Nothing has been removed, no items, loot, structures, blocks, or entities are affected, and world loading is unchanged. Existing worlds are fully safe.
New
TERRITORY HUD
- Entering or leaving a faction's territory now shows a single fading notice with the faction name colored by your standing - green friendly, yellow neutral, red hostile
- Crossing between chunks of the same faction shows nothing - the old repeating action bar message is gone entirely
- Neutral factions will now take notice of your presence when one of their members actually sees you
- Hostile factions announce they are aware of your trespassing with a flashing red warning when you are seen or targeted
- Awareness only resets after a genuine escape - break line of sight and shake off pursuit and you can slip back in unnoticed. No timers.
GAMERULES
- blibClaimMapOverlay - turns the claim overlay on the world map on or off
- blibClaimHudMessages - turns all territory notices on or off
- Both default to on and take effect immediately, no restart needed
PERCEPTION API
- Mods can now register perception rules deciding whether a mob can see a player - stealth systems like the predator cloak plug in here, so cloaked players are not noticed by territory awareness
Changes
VEIL / SABLE PACKS
- Packs built on the Veil rendering library (such as Sable) are now supported in a safe partial mode - no more broken visuals, stuck interface ghosts, or vision activating on its own
- Under these packs, terrain vision and cloaking work fully - entity vision is unavailable this release and full support is in development
- Auxiliary render attachments are restricted to the level pass on Veil installs, which closes the stuck interface ghosts at the source. Installs without Veil are unaffected and keep their existing behavior
Bug Fixes
CRASHES
- Fixed the Fabric crash when joining a world - Fabric players can play again
- Fixed joining dedicated NeoForge servers being refused with a channel error
- Fixed a startup crash that could occur from mod detection running too early
ARMOR RENDERING
- Fixed armor pieces turning invisible or breaking after relogging while certain effects were active - this could spread across armor from multiple mods until a full restart
- Fixed helmets rendered through the animation system never appearing on players at all
VISION
- Fixed green trailing smears appearing across the view on Fabric when the vision was active note these are still some vision blurs in fabric and it will take time to fully fix so next update will be resolved note
