Very small update with a Hollow theme, it was intended to be a much larger update to revitalise the development during the 1.16.5 port but due to time constraints and IRL issues, this has shortened to what you see. Several fixes and a new Hollow with no natural spawn. Cero's can now be coloured though.

- Added Cero colours, changed by activating item on stained pane glass
- Added French translation file, made for 2.3.4x3. WARNING, will be outdated
