What's new

IMPORTANT
Make sure to use at least Forge 45.0.39, because prior to this version there is bug related to creative tabs that will cause the Functional Blocks tab to be broken (https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/issues/9426)

- Reorganized creative tabs to be more in line with the new vanilla organization

- Slightly adjusted Uranium rarity

- Updated translations
