If enabled, on March 31 and April 1 the black flash effects will be changed to special.

-- Now the special effects for March 31 and April 1 are disabled by default.

-- Item tag black_flash:black_flash_cancel has been added.

Player cannot trigger a black flash with an item in hand if that item is in the tag. Items can be added to the tag via a datapack.
