Version 1.0.0: Initial Release

🆕 New Features:

• Added the Black Propagation Block: A block that spreads infinitely when placed, killing all entities (both passive and hostile) that come into contact with it.
• /gamerule propagation true/false: Added the gamerule to control the spread of the Black Propagation Block.
  • propagation true enables the block to spread.
  • propagation false stops the spread immediately.
• Note: If propagation is disabled and later re-enabled, the blocks will not continue spreading unless a new block is placed.

🔧 Known Limitations:

• Blocks won't re-propagate after disabling and re-enabling the gamerule; you must place a new block to restart the propagation.
• The block is extremely dangerous and may cause unintended destruction—use with caution!
