Black Iron
Adds a new material tier to the game... Black Iron!
It can be mined in the Basalt Deltas, or alloyed together from Iron Ingots, Blackstone and Magma Cream!
It comes with numerous building blocks, in addition to a tool and armour set!
Black Iron gear comes with twice as much durability as regular Iron gear, in addition to 0.05 points of Knockback Resistance per armour piece (Half as much as a piece of Netherite gear!)
This mod uses the palette and texture of the Smithing Table as a base and expands it into it's own unique material! If you feel 'Black Iron' doesn't accurately describe the material, feel free to resource-pack it into Cobalt, Steel, or whatever else you think fits!
If you don't like the tools and armour and would just rather have the building blocks, please feel free to remove their crafting recipes and blacklist them with Item Obliterator.
This mod was made for the Resurvival modpack - Specifically, to make the obtaining of certain weapons and items more interesting via mod integration :)
