Added Config options for all food effects

Added Ore Dictionary support

Added 35 brand new foods, plus toasted sandwiches, alternate recipes, and a vegan milk option

Added a new Well Fed status effect that slows hunger drain if you top up your hunger bar with a good quality food

Basic playtesting has been done inside a large 1.12.2 modpack, but please let me know if there are any issues I missed!
