Improved feature generation method

The vanilla biome ore feature is filtered into a more specific constraint. Those feature that uses OreFeatureConfig to generate stones^ and common ores^^, those that uses EmeraldOreFeatureConfig, and those that uses DiskFeatureConfig to generate disk blocks^^^ will be replaced with BiomOre features. This includes those that mixins into the said feature config classes.

As a result, the ore generation is expected to not drastically affect other ore generation mods for custom ores or those that uses different feature config.

^stones: dirt, gravel, granite, diorite, and andesite ^^common ores: coal ore, iron ore, gold ore, diamond ore, redstone ore, and lapis ore ^^^disk blocks: sand, clay, and gravel
