- Added: Command "/biomejar <biome>" to make a biome jar item with a specific biome
--> Needs OP permissions

- Reworked: Filled biome jars
--> "Filled Biome Jar" is now registered as a single item (not one jar for every biome anymore)
--> Technically adds support for every custom biome added by other mods
--> Old filled jar items don't work anymore (they are gone/not in your inventory anymore)
