Adds portals to two dimensions that contain all the biomes o plenty and oh the biomes we've gone biomes, so that if a modpack customises which ones are available in the overworld, all the blocks and items will be available.
This requires the dimensions to actually exist in game, which is done via datapack in the bois tm extravaganza modpack.
This will not work in your modpack unless you have that datapack.
