Updated to 1.16.1!
-major config file changes (deleting old config files is recommended)
-redid border calculations to support biome borders on the y-axis, now requires 256x as many calculations because every y-layer must be checked, multi-threading is used to compensate
Known Issues:
-Borders do not appear with Fabulous graphics. Don't know why.
