-Increased performance, various optimizations

-Changed the terrain heightmap from WORLD_SURFACE to MOTION_BLOCKING, all this does is make blocks like grass, torches, and flowers no longer affect the line height.

-Decreased maximum view distance after some performance testing revealed it was too far

-Rewrote some things to prepare for 1.16's nether biome changes. Specifically, the ability of biomes to have horizontal borders instead of just vertical ones.
