Finally fixed the bug that causes the enemy to get a cooldown instead of you.

Buffed Big G
+ Guard 1 --> Guard 2
+ 15 second cooldown --> 10 second cooldown

Buffed All Out
+ Has a 3 minute cooldown now instead of going away.

Buffed Deception
+ Gives u zone 8 now, speed 16, and strength 8.
+ Lasts 2 minutes instead of 1.5 minutes
-it now says in chat "(your username): Neither of us will come out alive."

Buffed and Nerfed BHR (barehanded regeneration)

+ Regen 3 --> Regen 5
-Weakness 2 --> Weakness 3
