Binding Vows Jujutsu Craft Addon

Added Vow Chooser, containing info on every binding vow, and allowing you to choose a binding vow.
Added Black Flash Combo - Gives you zone 125, making your attacks strongr, but weakens you so much to the point where a black flash will do a bit more than a normal hit does.
Fixed the bug that allowed u to use a vow more than once.

Nerfs and Buffs:

Buffed/Nerfed AoN (All or Nothing)
       + Now does WAY more damage, almost a guarenteed one shot.
       - You can no longer use moves during AoN
       - You can no longer move during AoN
       - Now makes you say miwa's speech before she used her vow, letting the opponent know you used AoN.

Buffed/Fixed Overtime 
      + Now gives you strength 38, before it wouldnt give you anything.
      -/+ Now makes you say in chat that you are going into overtime when the effect happens (before you had to check your inventory to see that overtime applied)

Buffed Heavenly Guard
      + Fixed the bug that allowed you to use it infinitely.
      + Heavenly Guard now makes a massive explosion upon use.

Nerfed BHR (Barehanded Regeneration)
      - Now gives you weakness during usage.

Nerfed Enchain 
      - Debuffs now last 20 seconds.

Buffed Big G
      + Now has a 30 second cooldown instead of dissapearing after use.
